This is a condensed version of the Contact Centre Representative (Comprehensive) screening assessment and will measure the top competencies required for Contact Centre Representatives.
All great contact centre representatives are required to stay motivated and generate high sales conversions and customer satisfaction scores. They are highly customer focused, possess excellent communication skills and are resilient under pressure.
Sales focus and customer focus have been proven to be the two most important personality competencies for contact centre success – both inbound and outbound. These measures are combined with the two most important cognitive abilities – Understanding Information and Problem Solving.
