They will effectively establish sales territories, quotas and goals, and be able to analyse sales data in order to solve problems and make effective business decisions.
This assessment will assess candidates on the skills and abilities required by sales managers such as communication and command ability, as well as the skills needed for higher level planning such as critical thinking, strategic agility and ingenuity.
