External Recruitment Consultants work on behalf of companies to source candidates for their latest job vacancies. They will typically engage in some form of business development, meeting with potential new clients, establishing relationships and networking.
This assessment will help identify candidates who possess the skills of top performing Recruitment Consultants which includes strong communication skills coupled with drive and a focus on making sales. It is also important that they are skilled at building relationships with stakeholders and applicants, are detail-focused, have a tendency to follow rules and guidelines and cope well with pressure and change in the workplace.
