2023 Christmas Closure Dates and Information

Some of our team will be taking this time off to spend the wonderful holiday season with their families and friends. During this period, we may take longer than usual to reply to your messages.

Support Hours

Whilst our office will be closed from 22nd of December through to the 2nd of January, our Customer Service teams will still be working at reduced capacity from the 22nd of December to the 5th of January.

We thank you for your understanding if we take longer than usual to reply to your messages or calls.

ACIC Update

The National Police Checking Service will also be operating at reduced capacity during the above time period which can impact NPC turnaround times. Additionally, it is important to note that the ACIC will be shut down over the Christmas period from Friday 22 December 2023 afternoon to Wednesday 3 January 2024. The first working day in 2024 will be Thursday, 4 January at 9:00am (AEDT).

We encourage you to submit any urgent or bulk requests as early as possible ahead of the reduced capacity period and thank you for your understanding.
