Recruitment Advisor’s work within an in-house recruitment department and are often tasked to advertise job vacancies, use internal databases and job sites to search for candidates, coordinate internal employee referrals, and build a network of potential candidates.
This assessment will help identity the key competencies required by Internal Recruitment Advisors including strong communication and negotiation skills coupled with drive, detail focus, the ability to build relationships with others and a tendency to follow rules and guidelines. Due to the pressures of the role, they should also be resilient and open to change in the workplace.
The following competencies will be assessed:

- The Estimated Delivery Time is dependent on the candidate completing the assessment in full. Once an assessment is complete, the results are generated within one day.
